This is one of the best smokers bows or captains chairs there is. Pictured in
Cotton's book English Regional Chairs, it is made in High Wycombe by Thomas Glenister around 1890. Though not stamped,
it is by him, the target back, shaped arm supports and turning are all classic Glenister. This is listed in his price
list of 1888 as costing £1. 0s 0d. Made of ash and elm it stands 32" high, with a 17" seat height.

This is a very good c1910 mahogany open arm desk chair with raised hare bells
on the arms. Superb sweeping shape with block feet. Fully reupholstered and newly covered.

A good pair of open arm Fauteuils with painted white and gilt beech frames. Well
upholstered and comfortable, but could be recovered. 34" high at their tallest and 24" at the widest points. Slightly
distressed finish. c1940.

This is a good c1930's stained as mahogany arm chair. Fully reupholstered
and recovered in grey script fabric and ready for the home.

This is a good c1880 ash and elm country arm chair with one piece
seat. All joints are solid and it's ready for a new home. Full height, little wear to leg bottoms.
