Aileen Lipkin Oil on Board
This is a very good image. Lipkin was a South African artist who spent some
time in the UK. This is an oil on board signed and dated 1962. It's titled, Mending the Nets and depicts a fisherman
sat on the harbour wall working on his nets. It is in it's original frame and measures 44 inches square overall including
the frame. It is very strong and works really well with antique and modern furnishings.

Eugene Coutiere Oil on Canvas
This is a very large image and would have been one of a set of 4 depicting the
4 seasons. This one must be Autumn. It is signed by the French artist Emelie Courtiere. He is well known for his large pictures
of rural and country life. This would date from around 1900 and has a much later frame.
